Shipping & Pick Up
Orders received by Thursdays at 5pm will be processed for the following week.
Each box is packed and shipped separately via UPS using real-time UPS shipping quotes based on weight of items, shipping speed and destination.
Want to send gifts to multiple addresses?
You can designate different destinations for each box by simply creating an account first when prompted on the check-out page. Once an account is created you will be able to make an address book for convenient gift-giving or simply add another address.

Order pick up is available at the FSN Building #24 on the Cal Poly campus, Wednesdays 12:30-2:30. (Orders must be received by Thursday at 5pm for pick up the following Wednesday)

Building 24 is located at the intersection of Highland and University Drive. Temporary parking is available in the spaces near the loading dock while orders are fulfilled on Wednesdays between 12:30-2:30pm.
